Providing hands on consulting to plateaued or declining churches who desire to become a purpose driven, unified, loving fellowship reaching their community for Christ.

• Serving along side the Pastor and leadership team to accomplish the vision of the church.
• Serving as Consulting Pastor(interim) to the church leadership while the church seeks a lead pastor.
• Developing or modifying Constitution, By-Laws, and Operational procedures if needed.
